all BASIC energy cards are legal. Fire, Fighting, Lightning, Grass, Psychic, Water
Rainbow Darkness and metal are also legal, since they are reprinted in DS/LM

Ok listen, ALL basic energy can be used, no matter what set.
ALL Metal and Darkness can be used (providing they are played according to the new ruling).
Rainbow and DRE can be used since they're reprinted.
