Hi, I'm starting on this pokemon and I need to know about rules.

when time is up in official mourning, can attack the player who is on the last turn?

about the game

zoroak attack (four play), can copy the attack Blastoise (Hydro launcher), without discarding the energies?

I don't fully understand your first question, but I assume it regards the Time plus 3 turns rule.

When Time is called, the person whose turn it is finishes, and then there are 3 turns (total, not each player) after that. During those 3 turns, any player can attack and take prizes as normal. When the 3 turns are up, the player with less prizes wins - unless the game is over before then, or if there is a tie on prizes (in which case the next prize wins).

As for Foul Play @ Hydro Launcher...Hydro Launcher doesn't discard energy; it returns them to your hand. You can copy Hydro Launcher w/o returning, but if Zoroark has 2 {W} on it, you MUST return them. If you can't that's cool too.
