Strategy
Get Sableye out and use Crushing Hammer/Enhanced Hammer to stall the opponent then when the opponent is slowing down get your aggron (you can get aggron before they slow down) and mill 3-6 cards a turn
 
DEFINITELY more Heavy Balls. Aggron and Lairon are top priority.

i could agree on the bianca but the pokemon catcher? 2 is very low
(and i do not want to waste mine Junk Hunt on a Pokemon catcher when i could get a Hammer/Devolution Spray)

You barely need 2 to be honest! It's a mill deck, it doesn't matter what your opponent has Active, you're going to be milling their deck anyways. You'd rather be Junk Hunting 2 Devo Sprays every turn :)
 
this deck is to Hammer First Devolution spray second if i do the opposite then i will die to fast 70 Hp is nothing
 
I've seen this being played a lot at some local tournaments, and i have seen that the lists with Cheren always end up a bit better than the ones with Bianca.
 
Have you play tested this? I'm interested to know how it works. You're list looks good, but I think you're short one card. You could consider a stadium card to help with virbank.
edit: what about a dowsing machine too?
 
Not yet still in the middle of playtesting mine other decks but once I do I will get back to you.
Dowsing Machine is great but there are a few reasons I do not play it.
1. Sableye. (I have him mine active Pokemon almost always)
2. Life Dew (Them taking 7-8 prizes is amazing and in mine opinion better then Dowsing Machine)
