Ruling Safeguard

Banette (CG I think) and Dustox ex (LM) quickly come to mind. I think there are more but they're the common ones. Shuckle also kinda has a Safeguard-type body, but it prevents only damage.

Celebi EX, Dusclops CG, Deoxys EX's Phychic Shield
Latios δ EX, Regice *'s Ice Barrier
Tentacruel + React Energy= Reactive Barrier
Volbeat's Extra Protection (requires Illumise)
 
Dustox EX is another one... but safeguard is useless against some attacks like the first one of Vaporeon EX or Speed Deoxys EX
