How would a Salamance SW deck do in this meta game? I figure if would do pretty good, considering it can kill an Eeveelution on the bench, then do 50 damage to Leaf/Glace who just used an Agility move. And being able to sniper for 100 then do 50 next turn is incredible.

It's good but uses up quite a bit of energy...
Also it's going to be tough to find some synergy between water and fire pokemon to add into your deck.

i dont think there is anything for water but you can try blaziken with it
Salamance can snipe all Eeveelutions except Leaf/Glace for 2 Basic Waters.
Blaze PK could work, adding that discarded fire energy, but I was also thinking Omastar MD so I can sniper Gardy/Gallade in one hit. Togekiss as well. Load up a Salamance and go all out.
