okey say im using hydro wave from salamence ex pk and it does 30 damage to all the bench but non to the active pokemon. if i added like xatu d or strenght charm would that do some damage to the active?
No. Added damage in WHAT form possible is only added when there is a base damage done to the active. So those things won't allow you to hit the actives with Hydro Wave.
