But in a prerelease a judge said that if you can't discard the cards you can't attack !
so you can attack but then in the begining of the next turn you lost, exclude the oppenent plays Vapaeron ex Power or something

That judge was wrong. You are allowed to use Volcanic Flame even if you cannot discard the top 5 cards of your deck.SWITZERLAND said:
