I edited my deck a little bit: I replaced 1 Kyurem with 1 Samurott and I took 1 Tyrogue and 1 Croconaw for 2 Seeker to re-use my shaymin, which I took out 1 DCE to put another one of it.

So here's the improved decklist:

Pokemon: 22
3-2-3 Samurott Ability
2-2 Lanturn Prime
2-2-2- Feraligatr Prime
2 Kyurem
1 Cleffa
1 Shaymin

T/S/S: 24
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Switch
2 Communication
3 Pokemon Catcher
1 Twins
3 Rare Candy
1 Flower Shop Lady
3 PONT
2 Junk Arm
2 Prof' ElmTraining Method
2 Seeker

Energy: 14
3 DCE
2 Rainbow
8 Water

Total: 60

What do you say?

Knowing what kind of strategy the deck uses might help out here.

Using two stage 2's in this deck, I would bring Pokemon Communicator up to 4 and possibly Rare Candy to 4, though I know the latter won't really help Lanturn. If Samurott is supposed to be your main attacker, I'd suggest another one of him. maybe take out Tyrogue for it.

With Feraligatr Prime around I'm not really sure that DCE is really needed here (a two Rain Dance Water energy Kyurem will do Outrage as well as a DCE, and three Rain Dance water energy will do as well as one and one DCE). I would suggest taking out 2 of them and replacing those with 2 more Rainbow Energy, increasing the chances of having what you need in case you need or want to use Shaymin or Lanturn to attack. Then MAYBE (not saying you have to, I can see where some DCE can be good) replace the other two with Water energy.

Has the deck been tested yet? I wonder if Twins (which you can only use if you're behind in prizes) is really such a good fit for a deck where you have Kyurem probably sniping with Glaciate and Feraligatr picking up the pieces with Hydro Crunch. Maybe to maximize the Crunch effect you could remove Twins and another card (maybe Flower Shop Lady) and add in KGL (Kyogre Groudon Legend) which would really increase the bench sniping for Feralgiatr.

Thanks for the tips :) I replaced 1 Kyurem for 1 Samurott.
I will consider putting KGL in the deck. This deck hasn't been tested yet because I can't find kyurem in RedShark (I always check my decks before I purchase the cards I need so I don't have all the cards yet...)
Also, there's no need to max up Communication because i run 2 Prof' Eln in my deck in case of battling against trainer lock decks. I also run 3 Junk Arm in the deck so max up the Rare Candy won't be necessary too. Maybe I will replace 1 Junk Arm for 1 Rare Candy. I think about taking out 1 DCE and 1 shaymin for KGL although I don't think it will be very helpfull for the deck because it might not do damage by attacks (in case the opponent doesn't have energy discarded).

Do you have any more suggestions?

I'm not sure why you have Seeker in here? Can you provide a reason for it's precense?

If not, I'd replace it. Still thinking Twins and Flower Shop Lady should be replaced, the former depending on how quick the deck runs of course. Maybe place the 3rd Kyurem back in and get another Rainbow Energy or two if you have it for Lanturn and Shaymin. Adding a third Junk Arm or maxing it out entirely could be helpful so that way you can pull Trainers more often (like Communicator, Rare Candy, Switch or Catcher). I would still remove the three DCE for three Water energy.

In a competitive mind-set, Lanturn is pretty ueless in the deck as neither Blastoise, Kingdra or Manibuzz see any play and if any of them were to see play Kingdra is used more of a tech in Reshiram and Cinccino decks and rarely an attacker and Mandibuzz is easily taken care of by Samurott. The fact that you're running 2 stage pokemon lines means that alot of space has been taken up already meaning that if there is any reason to any a tech card then it should have a very good game changing effect or else it's a waste of space. In this case you can get away with Samurott and Gatr Prime plus you need the space as you'll never get through the set-up phase with just 3 PONT as draw power.

-2-2 Lanturn Prime
-2 Rainbow Energy
-2 Prof Elms
-1 Twins
-2 Seeker (if you ever needed to use Shaymin more than once in a game then you're in trouble)
(-11)

+2 Pokemon Communication
+1 Rare Candy
+4 Sage's Training
+2 {W} Energy
+1 Energy Retrieval
+1 Rare Candy

Honestly in this deck just 7 draw cards is very low as you're still relying on top decking. If you're stilling thinking of building this deck, then find a way to test out the deck without needing the physical cards (Redshark or PlayTCG) or proxy cards at league. the only way you'll find out what's truly wrong with your deck is if you test it.
