Strategy here is a straight build with Samurott, trying to get two of them out by the 3rd or 4th turn. Using both the Pike and Hydro Pump one depending on the situation. It has awesome tanking ability and a few SSUs just for the lolz.

4-3-2/2 Samurott BW
2 Cleffa

2 PETM
4 PONT
2 Copycat
2 IQ
2 SSU
3 Junk Arm
4 Rare Candy
2 Dual Ball
2 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
1 Fisherman
1 Flower Shop Lady

9 Water
4 DCE
3 Rescue

Why do you run the pike samurott? Just run a 4-3-4 of the ability one, anyway here are the changes :
-2 Copycat (you have 4 PONT)
-2 Cleffa (try manaphy)
-2 Dual ball
-2 SSU
-1 Flower shop lady (you have Fisherman)
+4 manaphy (starter)
+2 seeker (pick up damaged samurotts)
+2 switch
+1 Collector

This deck would work a lot better for you if it had it paired up with something (e.g lanturn prime or feraligatr prime). Hope I helped.

Dear RiskBreakers,
You are cool for using the Pike Samurott. No one else agrees with me that it's good.
Love,

I think you should max Cleffa and take out SSU. SSU... meh. It seems like it'll take too long to charge up again. I would also run Twins over Copycat, because hands are often pretty small in this format, and you already use PONT. Plus, Cleffa plus Twins is a beautiful combo to use with slow(er) stuff like Samurott. Also consider Switch to get away from butt-head Crobat Primes who try to poison Samurott. Good job though. You da illest.

Reasons for Pike Samurott

1.) To get Ability Samurott going by T2 you need Osha, Candy, Samu, Water and DCE which are 5 cards instead of the 4 cards needed for Pike. Pike also takes care of benched Cleffas/Mew Prime

2.) BW cards aren't really available here yet (Just one box and theme decks so far) But I will always tech in one of the Pike Samus.

The pike samurott is a rather interesting card. While many say that ability samurott is superior, Pike samurott is a tiny bit faster to get out than ability samurott.

I think Pike Samurott will be an interesting card in here, especially now that baby pokemon are increasing in popularity.

As for your list, I would run something like this.

Pokemon ~ 20
4-3-4 (3 ability/1 pike)
4 Cleffa
2-1-2 Feraligatr Prime

Trainers ~ 26
2 PETM
4 PONT
2 IQ
2 SSU
3 Junk Arm
4 Rare Candy
2 Dual Ball
2 Pokemon Collector
3 Pokemon Communication
1 Fisherman
1 Flower Shop Lady

Energy ~ 14
9 Water
2 DCE (you don't need maxed out DCE. It's only for ability samurott so that it can attack quicker.)
3 Rescue

This is an alright list, with some space for extra techs. I personally believe that eadch deck won't need more than 3 hand refresh cards, and will never need that many search cards, but maybe that's just me.
