I moved the thread for you, which I think is the appropriate spot in which is should be in. Though you must change your thread to make sure it is up to stats whit the rules on this forum.

lol, the quickest way to get it aside from a trade would be for you to insert R/S/E on your DS and got to route 207,214,215 and outside stark mountain and wait for one to appear, he's actually fairly common imo
