From what I seen with the sword and shield era. They should be in the second set.

During the SWSH era gym promos usually took 2 sets to come, if they keep the pattern then series 1 (where those cards are from) should come in SV3, series 2 (mabostiff ex. Atticus and Bellibolt) should come in SV4 and so on. But since they
