Ruling sceptile+dawn stadium

if i attach a basic grass en to it, it heal 10 or 20? Because the body is each leaf energy attachED to your leaf pkm.... and dawn stadium says when u ATTACH an energy.... so wt i want to ask is whether the body exert its effect a the moment u ATTACH the energy(heal 20) or after u ATTACHED it(heal 10).

It only provides more energy when in play, which means that before attachment and thus during attachment it's only one energy.

I'd like someone to double check that bolded part. I am by no means an expert in Japanese, but I do recognize the glyph for "card". I sense mistranslation. (One reason I don't like answering questions on cards not yet in English.)
