Hoopa --> Sceptile, Keldeo & Shaymin---> Energy +Max Elixir to Sceptile---> Float to Keldeo, muscle to Sceptile--->Laser + Virbank ----> 180 in turn 1, easy.

All that looks fine, but with only 8 energy, you are going to whiff your max elixirs a lot. Without digging in the weeds too far, I think you need 3 or 4 more energies to make this t1 combo consistent.

I definitely concur with @Fayld 's comment. Usually, there is a solid count of Trainer's Mail and//or Acro Bike to "thin-out" one's deck in order to increase the chance of hitting the Max Elixirs coupled with an 11+ Bascic energy count.

You may also want to consider running a:

  • 1 Parallel City in order to remove your unwanted/unneeded bench Pokémon (e.g., Shaymin EXs - fairly easy 1JKOs)
  • 1 Colress - very strong card-draw Supporter
I hope you find these comments helpful.
