Ruling scepty ex & medicham ex

OK this happened to me with my friends... here it is:

I had Scepty EX (CG) as active, he had Medicham EX (EM). I tried to use Extra Liquid PokeBody, but my brother the referee stopped me. He stopped me because Medicham EX's Wise Aura PokeBody locks PokeBodies. Does this also work on Scepty EX? Can Scepty EX use Extra Liquid even against Medicham EX? Please answer I am in deep desperation. Thanks! :p

wait a minute, so Medicham's PokeBody will STOP extra liquid, therefore sceppy will pay only 2 NRGS FOR 60+ DMG!! BROKEN...
 
Medicham ex locks Poke-Powers not Poke-Bodies, and it doesn't affect other ex pokemon to boot.  Extra Liquid should have been in effect both due to the fact that it's a body & the pokemon is an ex.

Heh that reminds me of this past weekend, a fellow sitting two games down from me got nailed because he forgot that Sceptile ex's Extra Liquid affects his own attack, making it (P)(C)(C).

Umm how did your brother get to be a referee?
 
Sceptile ex stop Ex's Poke-Body, Medicham ex Poke-Pody stop Ex's non-Ex Poke-Power...

To me, no affection to both Exes?
Sceptile ex are not stopping Medicham ex's Poke-Body, and Medicham ex's Poke-Body are not affected by Sceptile ex...

Ur brother is a referee? he must be fake one....
Sceptile ex's Extra Liquid works and Medicham ex's Wise Aura works but both of them are not condraticted to each one another other than Medichamex and Sceptile ex pay extra (C) energy to attack...
