Scizor-Battles Roads(seniors)

I think I decided to go with my scizor deck for battle roads, this will be my first tourny.

Definetly looking for some suggestions, I don't know if I want to use skarmory as a starter or sableye.

Skarmory is a starter to set up my scyther/scizor with special metals right off the bat, dodrio as a tech to have free retreat for scizor. 1-1-1-1 magnezone x line to save energy from a dying scizor(though maybe can be repleaced by some lucians asignments?)

Drop the magnezone line, and add a 2-2 Tentacruel LA line, I find that the Tentacruel line can become an invaluable asset to any scizor deck, because you force your opponent to attach any discarded any special energies to any pokemon of your choice. Namely the DCEs that Garchomp C Xs tend to discard. This will eat up your opponents turns, and (in non-SP, no SSU situation) win you the game. Also drop 2 lightning for 2 Lucians Assignments.

I dabbled with the tentacruel line before, I had a hard time using him, any suggestions on using him, like timing and such?

I was thinking of taking out the magnezone anyway, it was too hard to get out and like I was thinking to myself, a lucians asignment would be more helpful.

I'm looking at all your suggestions and gonna test them out next time i go to my friends house.

play 4 skarmorys, i run this deck with 4-4 scizor and 4 skarmory. i mulligan a lot but t2 im always doing 70 and then 90 t3 and so on.
