Whats the idea of the deck?

if its to lock then i have an idea of how this deck should work.

changes you should make to the deck:

-1 scizor md (the prime is much better and should be your main attacker)
-2 Black belt (what is the use- stick with twins)
-2-2 Umbreon (is this meant to be used as a counter to gengar(both)?)
-1 cynthia's feelings (you have professor oak)
-4 special dark (no more umbreon to use them)
-1 basic metal (you should be able to cope finding the special metal)
-1-1 Dodrio (warp energy is better)
-1 interviewers questions (you will have good enough searching)
-1 unown q (same as dodrio)
-16

+1 scizor prime (why wasn't it 4-4 to start off with?)
+1-1-1 Vileplume (this is what will give you more chance of getting it into play)
+1 twins (to give you more searching power)
+1 conductive quarry (this will help the recovery)
+2-1 Blazekien FB (to beat up dialga g lvx- it is a big problem)
+2 warp energy (for switching/retreating)
+1-1 Mandibuzz (good counter to gengar (both))
+2 rainbow energy (for mandibuzz and blazieken)
