Ruling "Search your deck for a Pokemon"

When a card says "you may search your deck for a Pokemon, does a Lv. x count?

I was specifically wondering about googleanne's Research, Celio's Network, Bebe's Search, and Prof. Elm's Training Method.
 
If it says either Pokemon or "Basic OR Evolution card" then a LV X counts.
So here goes:
googleanne's Research: No,
Celio's Network: Yes,
Bebe's Search: Yes,
and Prof. Elm's Training Method: No.
 
Level X cards are Pokemon cards, but they are not Basic or Evolution cards.

Roseanne's can't retrieve a Level X. It specifies Basic Pokemon only.

Celio's can. It says "Basic Pokemon or Evolution card", but under the DP rules, you should treat this phrase on pre-DP cards as meaning "Pokemon". So Celio's can search for any Pokemon card, including a Level X.

Bebe's can. It says search for "a Pokemon", so any Pokemon card, including Level X.

Prof. Elm can't. It specifies Evolution cards only.
