This is my decklist:
Seismitoad 4-3-4
Virizion NV x2
Kyurem x1
Cleffa x1
Pichu x1

Pokemon: 16

PONT x3
Cheren x2
Pokémon Collector x1
Seeker x1
Twins x2
Rare Candy x1
Super Rod x2
Pokémon Comm. x4
Rocky Helmet x2
Plus Power x4
Junk Arm x2
Pokémon Catcher x2
Pokedex x2
XTranciever x2

Trainers: 30

DCE x4
Rescue Energy x2
Grass Energy x4
Water Energy x4

Energy: 14

Strategy:
Hopefully start with a Virizion or Pichu. Use PONT to the refresh your hand. With Virizion, use Double Draw. Get Seismitoad ASAP. When Seismitoad is set up (hopefully with Seismitoad 2 and Palpitoad on the Bench) try to have a Rescue Energy on it, and by all means use the DCE. If Seismitoad gets KOed you have Super Rod. Get full Palpitoad/Seismitoad on the Bench for max damage with Round Attack. Full Bench of Frogs can OHKO Reshiram thanks to the Weakness. Zekrom on the other hand requires a Plus Power. 120 damage for {C}{C} isn't bad at all, and you have Plus Power to increase the chaos.
LET ALL OPPONENTS FALL TO THE MIGHTY SEISMITOAD, KING OF THE POND!{W}

To make sure everyone knows where the deck is at in editing, there will be phases. After so many posts I will edit this to the changes that have been advised and there will be a new phase. Hopefully this will keep me (and everyone else) from getting confused by the posts.:p
PHASE: 5

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I don't see a point for Levanny. You should add in 2 more Tympole to make you line up a 4-4-4 and add a third Pokemon Collector. Otherwise looks good. Good Luck.

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I feel like I am missing something here, but how would you get out 4 Seismitoad with 2 Tympole? And why Accelgor?

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

Accelgor is to start, Slashing Strike is nice. I will take Levanny out but for what? I think I put the evo line backwards. it' 2 Seismitoad, not 2 Tympole. (even though that is the real amount I have, I'm gonna have to proxy or buy 'em.)
PHASE: 1

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

LoL. Ok makes sense now. I'll relook. I would take out 2 of the waters for 2 more DCE. That way you only have to attack one of it to Siesmetoad to attack. I would take out the two Juniper for two Oak's new theory. I like these better than Juniper when it comes to draw power. Then with your two extra slots add two more Oak's for a total of four. Then I would take out the Four Great ball for four Communication. They will help get the toads out faster. Good Luck

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

This deck should totally be called 'The wheels on the bus goes Round and Round'.

I'm not too sure I like Accelgor in this kind of deck. I'd rather run maximum consistency cards to get out multiple "Round" guys out as quick as possible. (I really feel that once Wigglytuff comes out, it makes this kind of deck a lot more powerful because you can set up a lot more attackers instead of limiting yourself to one line of attacking Pokemon).

Taking out the Accelgor line leaves you with four spots. I would add two more Virizion for a good chance of starting with it. If you don't want to go down that route, Cleffa and Pichu are a good pair to try out. Either way, I would fill any remaining spots with Pokemon Catcher. Who doesn't like taking cheap Prizes with an attack called Round? Dual Ball is also an option to get out fast Pokemon.

dmaster out.

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I am considering everything you said (except the "Wheels on the Bus" thing. That's probably not gonna happen.;)) But I haven't had a chance to test the deck yet, so I won't make any changes yet.

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I tested the deck last night. 3 games against a fire/water deck:
Game 1: I won. Quick setup was key, used Shelmet to stall and I set up full Toads. Then Seismitoad came up, and the game was over.
Game 2: I lost, due to a bad starting hand. I started with Shelmet. The opponent had Pansear. Then it evolved, they used Water's Power, and I was toast.
Game 3: I won with Seeker. Palpitoad used Round for 40 on Cubchoo. Beartic was the only one on the opponent's Bench, so I used Seeker and finished Cubchoo off.

I never used a Rare Candy, so I took 1 out and added Pichu.

Then I tested it against an out-of-date water/lightning deck:
Game 1: I won. I got Seismitoad out quickly (with Pichu!), and had no problem. Accelgor helped a lot in the beginning when I was setting up Seismitoad.

PHASE: 3

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I need some more help, but I made these changes myself:
-2 Junk Arm
-1 Collector
-1 Super Rod
+2 Twins

Twins helps a lot since I'm usually a prize down in the beginning. I see why we should get rid of Accelgor, but for what? He hasn't saved my game hardly at all. Wigglytuff... where is he from? Is he from Dark Rush? My Cities tournament is on December 10, Dark Rush won't be released in time. Collector is slightly useless because I have Pichu. I will use only 2 to save my game if I don't get Pichu. Super Rod isn't all that useful
because my Seismitoad rarely gets knocked out.1 is probably the highest amount I should have or it will be an annoying dead draw. Unless a professor-in-training at League is full of it, Junk Arm only lets you get Trainer Item cards. (Snorlax, please confirm!) If so it will become much less useful. Please give some input on this before Cities!!! (Dec. 10!)

Oh, and PHASE: 4

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

Oops, I counted wrong. (Wish I would've usd my Calcultor!) Fixed. Just needs to take out 2 cards.

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I would take out the 2 Cheren to make it even. With PONT and Twins you should be ok on draw power. Then I would take out one Pluspower for a third collector. That way you have a better chance of starting with one of them or a Pichu. Hmm... IDK how I feel about the one candy... I would either take it out for a third twins or... Take out the super rod for it...? Maybe. That's a tough decision. But it looks good now. Good Luck

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

GRAAHH! I really messed up my darn decklist... will fix it in a moment...
Fixed! I forgot to edit out 2 Junk Arms. About the Junk Arm, is that correct?

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I would keep the junk arms. They will help a lot. Like getting back the Pluspowers, Tools, and other trainers. I still would take out the Cheren to put the Junk Arms back in.

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

I don't see the point to Accelgor or Shelmet at all, and I definitely don't see how Shelmet stalls. In my opinion, they're just cluttering the deck with those and the grass energy, I'd drop them. Your Seismitoad line could also use a little tweaking. While your stage one does have a decent attack in Round, it's not as strong as your stage 2, and it has way less hit points. I can understand keeping the stage 1s for setup purposes, but you should be okay with something like a 4-3-4 line. This means you only need one stage two out, and can use the other stage 1s to power your attack. Having only two of the stage 2 means you're only expecting to need two of your main attacker, and that just isn't realistic, even with Super Rod. It also means it will be somewhat more difficult to get your stage 2 out quickly.

I'd also add at least two more Rare Candy. I don't see how you weren't using them, not to be rude. Rare Candy is often a staple in Stage 2 decks because you can get the stage 2 out a turn earlier. In a metagame with ZPST and Reshiphlosion, that is a big deal since those decks often setup very quickly.

Keep the Junk Arm. No deck that doesn't run Vileplume should run less than three. The ability to reuse catcher is big, but in your case, you'll need to reuse pokemon communication a lot too to ensure the turn 2/turn 3 setup. Ideally, you should have at least one Seismitoad and three Palpitoad by turn three at the latest. Junk Arm can help with that if you're finding yourself short on Communications. You should max the Pokemon Collectors for the same reason. You might argue that they're useless late game, but if you don't need basics, you can junk arm the collector away to get something you do need. In the land of Pokemon TCG, consistency is king.

-1 Palpitoad
-4 Grass Energy
-2 Shelmet
-2 Accelgor

+2 Seismitoad
+2 Collector
+2 Candy
+2 Junk Arm

With the last spot you could add another twins or another pichu or a third catcher or another draw supporter like Cheren, or keep the fourth Palpitoad if you find you really need it.

RE: Seismitoad deck! Needs help.

Sorry for lack of updates and viewing of this thread. Cites has passed, and I did well. I have made some changes to the list beforehand, and some were similar to the ones suggested. I dropped a Palpitoad and a PONT. Changed some other stuff too. So I will update to my current decklist after talking to you guys.
@ Magnevire- I agree with you about Accelgor. They were handy in specific situations, but for the most part they were completely useless. They were dropped. For some reason I kept all my Grass energy, but I did add in another Virizion (full art by the way), and it was helpful to have it. I have one Collector and Pichu, and that works ok with Cleffa, another addition that I found useful. (+ PONT. No problem.) I didn't add another candy though. I didn't feel I needed it and as it turns out in most cases I was able to get my candy and evolve. No more Junk Arm. It wasn't necessary as 2 got me communication and other stuff just fine ( including Rare Candy.) 2 Cheren seemed to work just fine.

@ EonEye90- Max collectors probably weren't necessary since between PONT and 1 collector plus Cleffa I can generally get the Communication and Rounders I need.

@ dmaster- Thanks for the comment about Virizion, since I wouldn't of thought of it. For the name I changed my mind: It's not like I have a better one and that one is funny and suits this deck, as Seismitoad are ROUND like wheels (on the bus) and they have the move ROUND. I will probably use this name if I win Worlds (not very likely, but who knows?)

@Sleeping Snorlax- Just thanks for all the helpful comments, this deck would've had an extremely hard time getting off the ground (that's funny, Seismitoads are 136.7 lbs according to the card) without them.

I forgot to mention I added Kyurem.

Anyone else I didn't mention, I read your post and thought about it!
Thanks for the constructive criticism, please continue to make helpful posts!
Oh yeah, PHASE 5
