Hello this is my first thread on Pokebeach.com.

This is my current seismitoad ex and garbodor deck and I was wondering if it needs any changing. I can't afford the computer search if I could it would be in this deck.

Pokemon 10:
  • 4 Seismitoad EX
  • 2 Shaymin EX
  • 2 Garbodor
  • 2 Trubbish
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 43
  • 1 Colress
  • 2 Team Flare Grunt
  • 2 Lysandre
  • 1 Skyla
  • 3 Professor Sycamore
  • 4 N
  • 1 Shadow Triad
  • 4 Hypnotoxic Laser
  • 3 Muscle Band
  • 2 Head Ringer
  • 4 VS Seeker
  • 2 Enhanced Hammer
  • 4 Crushing Hammer
  • 3 Float Stone
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 1 Virbank City Gym
Energy: 7
  • 4 Double Colorless Energy
  • 3 Water Energy
Strategy:

If you are in the competitive battling part of the trading card game then you should know what this deck is but if you don't I will explain it. You should only use Seismitoad EX's quaking punch attack to lock down opponents items. You want put muscle band on seismitoad to do more damage because your not getting anywhere agaisnt other ex pokemon if your only doing 30 damage. You also want to use hypnotoxic laser and virbank city gym (also known as laserbank) to do an extra 30 damage in between turns. Then you have Garbodor to lock down all abilities, you should only put float stone on Garbodor to activate its ability because it's a waste to put muscle band on it and if it gets lysandred out it can retreat for free. I run shaymin for support but I have to make sure (I mess up all time on this) to play it before I get Garbodor powered up. I run 3 water energy to use grenade hammer in emergencies and to get around Aegislash ex. Hammers, head ringer and team flare grunt for disruption, skyla to get a trainer card I need, shadow triad to get a laser back. That's my strategy for this deck.

I would love some help on how to make this deck and I would love some constructive criticism is wanted.

Thank you in advanced.

You need 4 Professor Sycamore. Since you only run 7 energies in total, you want Sycamore to draw into those energies. You should also replace one of the Team Flare Grunts for a Virbank. Lastly, I don't think you'll need 3 Float Stone. Hope this helps!:D

Your right about all of that but I miss clicked I have 2 virbank in the deck and I will swap 1 float stone for the sycamore thanks for the help!

I play a different variation of this deck and I've found through my play-testing and tournament experience that::

Running a Computer Search is extremely useful in getting your T1 Item-lock (assuming you go second); and
Head Ringers are "nice," but not as useful as Virbank City Gym.

So, I'd suggest:

-2 Head Ringer (with 6 Hammers, these are not critical, IMO)
+1 Computer Search
+1 Virbank City Gym (consider bumping this at least +1 or expect to lose the Stadium "war" most times).

I hope you find these comments helpful.
