Hey guys, I'm new here, but although an old player. Me gusta some cheap and unusual deck ideas, mostly running away from mainstreams. I'll list the deck idea first, then explain all strategy on it.

Well, the idea is pretty simple, Get Wigglys and at least Palpitoads ASAP. Charging either Wiggly and Seismi the attack power can be huge. The only thing that concerns me is how fast this deck can be. Please leave suggestions, thank you guys! :cool:
 
I would run Communication over PETM because you don't want to waste your supporter. I also think 4 Collector is a near staple in this deck even with 2 dual balls.
 
Wait, what do you mean communication over level ball because you don't want to waste your supporter? Try
-3 PETM (just not good plus takes up the supporter for the turn)
-4 level ball (prefer communication because its more versatile but I'm not so sure)
-2 eviolite (what for?)
-0-1-1? seismitoad (to make room)

+2 junk arm (so you can reuse trainers)
+2 communication (not so sure because 2 communication and 2 heavy ball doesn't sound too consistent IMO. Maybe 4 communication and 2 heavy ball if the space if found?)
+1 mewtwo? (countering)
+2 Sage's (help get out seismitoad)
+3 N (drawing power)
+1 PONT (drawing power)
I'm not too sure but I think more draw power should be added but I can't really decide what to take out.
