Ruling Several questions

1. If I attach a multi energy onto dp5 Vileplume, what will happen?
a: sleep only/poison only
b: sleep+poison
c: no effect

2. Same as above, if I discard a multi energy from dp 4 Houndoom to use the dark flame, what will happen?
a: +30 damage / burn
b: +30 damage + burn

3. Can heatran lv. X's power be activated by using flame drum attack by dp 2 magmortor to discard 2 basic fire energy from hand?

1. I assume the ruling for this is the same as the Houndoom GE ruling. So, if you attach a Multi to Vileplume DP 5, your opponent will be affected by both Asleep & Poison Condition.

2. For this one, I'm sure if you discard Multi Energy, you will get both effects, + 30 more damage & Burned Condition.

3. No. Read the card & translation carefully..

Poke-Power: Heat Wave
Once during your turn (before you attack), if Heatran is on your bench, you may use this power. During this turn, if your active [R] or [M] Pokemon’s attack would discard basic energy attached to that Pokemon, you may attach up to 2 of them to Heatran instead.

If Magby isn't anywhere under Magmortar, discard 2 cards from your hand(If you can't discard 2 Energy cards from your hand, this attack does nothing.)

As for Heatran lv.x translation, I saw this version:

Poke-Power: Heat Wave
This Power can be used once at the end of your turn, if this Pokemon is on your Bench. If, during your turn, your Active Fire-type or Steel-type Pokemon discarded Basic Energy as a result of its attack, choose up to 2 of those Basic Energy cards and attach them to that Pokemon.

So what version is right ??
