• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Strategy: This deck is pretty much using Primal Kyogre EX for damage and Seismitoad EX to stop the enemy some to get my Pokemon set up. Everything from there is pretty straight forward. The only thing I'm not very sure of is what to do for my last Pokemon. I will NOT be able to face grass decks in any way even if I used Weakness Policies. I was thinking Mewtwo EX could do something to stop grass or maybe Reshiram. Reshiram only has 130HP and can't stay in that long to use Outrage.

What about outrage Kyurem-Ex?
 
I think you could drop all of those lasers, you won't need this at all, in place of them, you could use 2 victinis EX and 1 victory piece with let you OHKO Virizion or Genesect, and instead of 2 tool retriever down to only one and put one more professor's letter just for energy accelerator.

- 1 scramble switch
- 1 mewtwo/reshiran/ something
- 3 hypnotoxic laser
- 1 tool retriever

+ 2 victini EX
+1 star piece Ace spec( let your victini attack regardless the ammount of energy attached to it)
+2 fire energy
+1 professor's letter
