I'm wanting to clarify if adding a muscle band to Greninja EX, XY20 the promo card, would cause 20 damage to the active Pokemon, as well as the 30 damage to a benched pokemon, when using the sharpshooting attack. Sorry, I couldn't find the scan, as this is an XY promo card. Thanks for any info.

Muscle Band says the attack does 20 more damage to your opponent's Active Pokemon; the key phrase here is "more damage." If you don't do at least some damage to your opponent's Active Pokemon, you can't add "more damage" to it.
Greninja-EX@Muscle Band will only do 50 if he hits the Active with Sharpshooting. Otherwise you get 30.
In the future, please provide scans of cards that we do have on-site, such as Muscle Band.
