Does Shaymin's Poke Body add +40 HP each of your turns or does it only add +40 one time to a specific grass pokemon. Also, if Shaymin is KO-d, does said pokemon keep the HP it gained from Shaymin?

so long as Shaymin Lv. X (Land Forme) is in play, ALL your {G} Pokemon, excluding any Shaymin, get +40 HP...it doesn't add it on each of your turns, all {G} pokemon just have an extra 40HP

yes, if Shaymin is KO'd then the extra 40HP is also gone

this is correct, but to elaborate...you cannot Lv. Up a Shaymin that has already been Lv.'d Up...i.e.: you cannot Lv. Up Shaymin Sky Forme Lv. X to Shaymin Land Forme Lv. X
