can i use it twice on the same pokemon?

PD: sorry if i misspelled something, i´m not very good in english

Yes. ALL of your Grass Pokémon get +40 HP while in-play, excluding any Shaymin.

Thanks, but what i meant was: i have shaymin lv x, i put a turtwig on the bench and i use thankfulness(60 hp+40 hp=100 hp). On my next turn, can i use it again to give turtwig 100 hp+ 40 hp?

No. You don't activate a pokebody, it just happens. So, all of your grass pokemon, excluding any shaymin, get an extra 40 hp. You don't turn it off, then turn it back on next turn, it just happens.

A Body is different from a Power. You have to announce when you use a Power. Therefore yes, you do have to announce Stance.

Think of a body as always there. It never really goes away. Kind of like a stadium. When you play Torterra, BOOM 40+ HP right off the bat.

Powers must be activated with how it is read on the card.

Just clarifying.

Seriously? It's been answered, and they have even thanked everyone. Once a question has been answered there is no need to post unless there is something to add. Especially if they have come and thanked the people that answered, there isn't a need to post further unless you have a question similar or correcting something. In short, stop it Wiseman.
