Shell Smash tryout

I wanted to try out a team that didn't abuse weather and thought Shell Smash+Baton Pass because it was just a cool concept so I started out with the two passers that are viable for this.

Gorebyss
Huntail

I've looked up on some guides on this team and it was a majority consensus that Garchomp indeed was one of the best receivers so I added him.

Garchomp

Next, I wanted a special sweeper and since Chandelure is one of my favorites and it is a strong pokemon when it recives +2 SpA, I decided to give it a spin.

Another physical sweeper was needed so I threw Scrafty at first but finally decided on Moxie Gyarados on the count of it works nicely even as a stand-alone.

GYarados

Finally, I wanted a Screen Lead.. I chose Bronzong for now but that may change to either an Espeon or Deoxys-S but for now I'll stick with Bronzong

Overview of the strategy

Basically, scout the team of the opponent through team viewer to see which of the three sweepers would be able to efficiently erdicate the opponent's team. It's just a variant of Hyper Offense but this time we have Shell-Pass as a deadly but slower to set up tool.

The Team

Bronzong @ Light Clay
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball

My screener and suicide (?) lead. It sets the screens up so that my Shell Passers can do their thing. This would be my normal lead unless I see something that I can exploit on my opponent then I would lead Gorebyss to easily execute a Shell-Pass while reserving Bronzong for later purposes. EVs are for even distribution of defenses

Chandelure (F) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Flame Charge

Yes, this looks stupid and weird but it does work. Chandelure has average speed and a big weakness to Ground so I placed a Balloon on it. Not all the time it will be the one receiving the Shell Smash so I had it prepared for that scenario. Can switch in on Forry/Ferro, throw a Flame Charge on the switch and KO 1-2 of my opponents. I prefer flame body to have that off chance to burn. To be honest, Chadelure here is a gimmick and I would want a better Special Sweeper to take the floor and seriously do it.

Gorebyss (F) @ White Herb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Shell Smash
- Surf
- Ice Beam

Huntail (F) @ White Herb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Shell Smash
- Crunch
- Baton Pass

These two fish have barely any difference in them in terms of duty because their priority number one is to pass Shell Smash to their teammates. These two can also kill off one or two when the need arises or when they refuse to switch out. Passing has indeed been the problem as to who to pass it to and that will be explained with the other two sweepers. Setting under screens has also sometimes given me the liberty to set two Smashes and pass for a better finish.

Garchomp (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Swords Dance
- Fire Fang
- Earthquake

Yes, a Garchomp without Sandstorm.. Lum Berry is to prevent the Burn on the pass or instantly heal confuse from Outrage to maintain the sweep. I play SD on my Garchomp as well just to make sure that I can still attack even if I don't get Shell Passed. The other moves are for coverage and since we're sick of this guy's face we know what it can and cannot do.

Gyarados (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake

This one has been the question mark on my team also with Chandelure. Gyarados has a very strong attack stat and we all know how painful is it to face one especially when it has "two dragon dances" on it already. Moxie intensifies this problem even further because his attack stat will skyrocket. The main problem with Gyarados is his passer which is also water and share the weaknesses of Gyarados.

So far, this team has done me some good games and I want it to be better.. So this is where you guys can help me :D

As for problems, common BP problems are here such as PHAZE and Taunt. That is the reason why all my sweepers still have a set-up move there just incase. I was thinking to add one of the three musketeers here because they look usable and Virizion can be a screener and absorb Politoed Rain Hydro Pumps.

Rates and Comments would be appreciated except for the ones that are just merely bashing the team for beinng "cheap" or whatever.
