Chandelure (58/101 Litwick) 3-2-3
2-2-2 Gardevoir PD
2-2 Dodrio
2-2 Leafeon
1 Cleffa

23 Pokémon

3 PONT
4 Collector
2 Cheren
1 Juniper
2 Twins

4 Rare Candy
3 Switch
2 Junk Arm
2 Catcher
2 EXP Share
TSS 25

2 Rescue Energy
2 Rainbow Energy
8 Psychic
NRG 12

Strategy: Set up Chandelure in active to use its ability to be able to put 3 damage counters on your opponent's pokemon as you wish, while at the same time hopefully setting up Gardevoir to reduce the time to energize for it's attack to deal another 50 and Burn/Confuse, and Dodrio for the swapping. With both supports up, get more Chandelure setup and once a second one is up, make use of Dodrio and Switch if not trainer locked to steadily switch between two or more Chandelure to deal 6+ damage counters plus 50 damage and conditions. Leafeon as a backup attacker and to be able to deal a quick 100 damage the turn after Chandelure.

Catcher hurts any deck that doesn't have Vileplume or Gothitelle in it :/ Kinda kills the meta really since you are limited in what you can run to be safe.

Well, why not run a 2-1-2 or 1-0-1 Vileplume line?
Take out trainers like junk arm for room.

Because running 2 stage 2 lines is bad enough. 3 is auto-loss lol. Either you don't get Vileplume out fast enough or you take forever getting Chandelure/Gardevoir and powering up Chandelure.
