is first attack, skill hack, says to look at the opponent hand choose a poke and an attack and it's says it copies everything except the energy cost, does that mean i can use any attack without having the necessary energys, not counting the dark energy used to to use skill hack

You basically answered your own question. You do not need the necessary energies.

But.....if you need to discard a specific type of energy or need an specific type to add power, you need those.
Plus, if you do skill hack with an special dark energy, the attack copied recieve the 10 plus effect!!!
