ive been looking for a new deck to play and i decided to try shiftry
so here is my list

strategy set up multiple shitry using milotic for energy exceleration and rosrade to search out what i need I know im heavy on the pokemon line but i don't know
what i should drop i found that the rosrads come in handy when seting up.
I would like to fit another sacred ash in though any advice would be welcome.

Idk if Raichu is worth it as a 1-1 line. Just one of those things isn't super helpful. Since Shiftry will also be able to hit pretty hard in the same set up.

Either way 10 basics might be okay. You could drop the 1-1 Raichu for another Rare Candy and another skyla. Consider changing Life Dew for Dowsing machine. Then you have access to 2 Sacred Ash anyway.
