I just want to know, can I use it many times in 1 turn?
coz it didn's say that only can be used 1 time...
If opponent bring strong pokemon from bench, I will use it again :)
 
Hmm

Fan Action does actually state "once during your turn, before you attack, etc. etc. etc." so I guess it's only once per turn. However, it is stackable, ie. having more than one Shiftry will let you use it multiple times, although I dont see that coming in handy too often.
