Shining price and rarity

what's the price for shining cards and its rarity? i just bought a jap packs today and struck shining duskull.is it good? is it pricey and is it really rare?
 
It is good, better than a regular Duskull SF. It is also rare. I am not aware of the price.
 
Dirfloon and Voltorb are both at around 5-6 dollars.
Duskull is of higher want and can go for around 10-12 dollars.
