The only card i want.. exactly how rare is it is there some where cheap as say 10 bucks i can find one new??

Doubt it unless on Ebay.

Shining cards are very rare and expensive. They are star cards and it will cost over $100.00 through booster packs unless you get really lucky and pull one out earlier than that price, I don't think you will find one less than $50.00 PM me if you do.:)
