Shiny not as rare?

I looked at the PA scans and noticed something very strange. I saw the shiny Gulpin with all the other commons/uncommons. I enlarged the scan, and sure enough, its rarity is rhombus (uncommon). Tell me if you see the same thing and what you think of this.

Yeah, I knew about this when the Japanese scans came out... It's a bit weird but to be honest I doesn't really bother me. Funny if you got a Reverse Holo one of it though!

Oh wait a second. I took a second look at the AoA shinies and they are Bagon, Ponyta, and Shinx. Does anyone know WHY this Gulpin is yellow?

that isn't a shiny Gulpin...it's color is a yellow-greenish color leaning more towards green, for some reason the artist colored the pokemon in a very light color

Gulpin and Gastly really seem shiny. But if they were, everyone would consider them as SHs. Well, they're not but are both Uncommons. WOW.
