The link for downloading Shiny Tapu Koko is http://pokemon.com/tapukoko
Here are the steps if that won't load:
1. Open up Mystery Gift on Sun/Moon
2. Hit 'Receive Gift'
3. Hit 'Get via Internet' (Hit yes to connect to the Internet)
4. Watch as you receive Shiny Tapu Koko!
5. Pick it up at the Deliveryman in any Pokemon Center.
