Wow that was long , ahha , I'll update this whenever I can .
 
You should work on your basic composition, as of now it's not much more than a beginner. You understand color and transition, but you don't have a grip on flow, lighting, effects, or background images. Keep it up though.
 
You art is really good, though is it really hard to see the text. I would work on that for a while. Also, I think the Typhlosion is really big. Your banner size needs to be around 450 x 150. That is the perfect size. You are using a big canvas with only one pokemon on it and text.
 
It is fairly good, but as lilsparks mentions the lighting, which is the part I have issues with too isn't really highlighted here.
 
Not bad, not bad, but as lilsparks said, you still have quite a few things to improve on. Work on that text being a bit more noticeable- however not too noticeable that it stands out more than the render. Keep it up.
