Should I bring this Rayeels deck into the Plasma age?

Alrighty, I'm only just getting into meta because I want to improve as a player. What I want to get out of this deck is to pull a few quick prizes early game, then steadily finish them off midgame through recycling my energies with the eels.

Pokemans:
4x Tynamo
4x Eelektrik
3x Rayquaza EX
1x Raikou EX
2x Rayquaza DV
1x Keldeo EX
15

Items:
1x Computer Search
2x Max Potion
3x Level Ball
3x Ultra Ball
3x Catcher
2x Skyarrow Bridge
2x Energy Search
2x Super Rod
2x Switch
20

Supporters:
3X Skyla
3x N
3x Juniper
2x Bianca
11

Energy:
6x Fire
8x Lightning
14

I've been considering a few things like Victini to speed up the ramp which could replace my energy searches (but I'd want 4 so I can get consistently QUICK startups), or another Keldeo to keep up my pace when I need it, more things for energy discard like Cilan and Rotom, but I'm not really sure which way to lean, or if I should perhaps just stay here. I'm definitely going to put in another Switch, I know that already after a little testing. I'd also like to slip in another Skyarrow, not just for consistency but also to slow down the decks running Aspertia or Virbank.

Thoughts?

[EDIT]: I was also thinking of taking out Keldeo entirely for more Switches because that's the main thing I'm using it for, and it's easier to Skyla for a switch, only problem is that a switch's uses are finite, and once Keldeo's on the bench if I take care of it I have free switches for the rest of the game. Decisions, decisions.

Keep the Kenan. You will need the switches and occasional lightning in the discard. My only suggestion is 2 VictinI (VCreate) over your Max Potion, as you really need that answer to Klinklang.

I looked through some other threads and had some thoughts, how about this?

----------------------VERSION 6-------------------------
4x Tynamo
3x Elektrik
3x Rayquaza EX
2x Rayquaza DV
3x Emolga
2x Victini
17

1x Computer Search
3x Level Ball
2x Ultra Ball
3x Catcher
3x Skyarrow Bridge
2x Super Rod
2x Switch
2x Energy Switch
18

2x Skyla
3x N
4x Juniper
2x Bianca
11

6x Fire
8x Lightning
14

[EDIT]: As you can tell I've made quite a few cutbacks because my main goal is speed and consistency

Drop a Fire for a Mini Rayquaza and it looks great!

Maybe, I'm worried that another pokemon might make it a little heavy though. If you think I can spare to drop a fire and/or lightning energy I'll go for it, I just hate being stuck dry on energy midgame =.=

You should be fine, 5 fire is standard. I know people who run four, even.

Remove 1 Emolga to add the 4th Eel, having 1 prized with only 3 really hurts. A lot!
I would also bring back Max Potion it saves you in so many occasions: Rayquaza ex will survive a Night Spear+Dark Claw+Hypnotoxic Laser+ Virbank Gym.
I can't see the point of Energy Switch, so I would remove those for Colress.

Made the Eel change, going to see how that goes. How about I pull out the two Energy Switches for the max potions, one N for a Colress and a fire energy for the other Colress? Thanks for your input, btw.

At the cost of one of your Fire Energy though? Eh...

Just a little bump with the decklist I've got set up for states this weekend.

Pokémon: 17
4x Tynamo
4x Eelektrik
3x Rayquaza EX
2x Rayquaza
4x Emolga

Items: 13
1x Computer Search
3x Switch
3x Catcher
2x Ultra Ball
2x Level Ball
2x Super Rod

Supporters:13
4x Skyla
3x Juniper
2x N
2x Bianca
2x Colress

Stadiums: 3
3x Skyarrow Bridge

Energy: 14
6x Fire
8x Lightning

Been playtesting this for the past couple of weeks and it seems to run really well with my playstyle.
The only thing I want to put in at this point is Max Potion, but I'm having a lot of difficulty finding space so I think I might just leave it out for now.

A few suggestions.

Tone it down on the Emolga count. You only need one the whole match, and really only on your first turn. Personally I prefer to run just 1 copy of emolga, but 2 is fine if you want to make it consistent. 4 is just a bit overboard.

I would put in the extra catcher. Catcher is just such a useful card. Often times you may be having a slow start, and stalling with catcher is a great way to find time to stall. especially if your opponent takes and early prize lead. N them to one or two cards and then catcher stall something with no energy. I've seen so many Rayeels win that way.

If you're running that many emolga the chances of your eels getting killed by landorus is not too high, so you can drop your super rod count to 1.

It never hurts to throw in another switch. But when you have 3 skyarrow I suppose it's not a problem. 3 is a lot though. 2 would probably be better since this is such a tight list. Rayeels doesn't have too much room. I guess you want to run three to win the stadium war?

If you mess around with those counts you can find room for max poition, and you could add some balls to up consistency if needed.
