Hello everyone, ill get straight to the point.

can walreign ex hit shuckle (u/f) on the bench? if walrieng is active, could he damage a benched shuckle with waterarrow (choose one of your opponenets pokemon. this attack does 40 damage to that pokemon)? does shuckle's tight shell pokebody block it, even thought shuckle is on the bench? i dont think so, but others think yes.

and..

can a holons electrode (or magneton, whatever) make 2 react energies? i think not, but some think so.

i really need somone who KNOWS, not "thinks so", as its about 50 50 on both awnsers, and i need to know from a professional!
thanks for your time if you can
have a great day!

Shuckle is protected from Ex's no matter where it is. So Walrein ex cannot attack it with Waterarrow.

React energy isn't an energy card really, it's a name. Only the React energy card which says "React energy provides C energy" can provide the effect of a React energy card. Which means Multi, Rainbow, DRE, Holon's Cast/Mag/Trode cannot provide React energy.

Thankyou very much, that is exactly what i needed! cheers for the effort and time, youve solved alot of confusion!
have a great day!

Yeah, why is that? If Rainbow and Multi can provide Dark/Metal energy, why can't it provide React? I know it would only theoretically work if a card says React energy (which I don't think any card does) but still...

Never mind, I think I know: React isn't an energy type, right?

Multi/Rainbow/etc copy the energy type, not the card's effect or name (hence saying "Has no effect other than providing energy"). React energy provides Colourless energy. Yes, you can copy that Colourless energy, but it is not React energy, because there is no such energy type as 'React energy'. The only card which provides the effects of React energy is the card that is named 'React energy'... it all has to do with the name.
