I decided that during my free time I would make a new region full of fakemon. It want be a game or anything it's mainly just for fun.


Grass Starter:

Base: Bushare (Bush + Hare)
type: Grass
Ability: Overgrow
HT: 2'03"
Pokedex entry: Bushare spends most it's time hiding among rocks and shrubs. It is nocturnal, spending the entirety of the day hiding from predators.

Stage 1: Rabush (Rabbit+Bush)
type: Grass/ Dark
Ability: Overgrow
HT: 4'08"
Pokedex entry: More fierce than it's pre-evolution Rabush tends to enjoy competing and challenging new foes. Males a generally more competitive then females, however females tend to be bigger in size.

Stage 2: Jacbabit (Jack +Rabbit)
Type: Grass/Dark
Ability: Over grow
HT: 5'09"
Pokedex entry: The large ears on Jacbabit can be used for photosythesis. It is able to run at incredible speeds, for a relatively short time.

Fire starter:

Represents the horse of the Zodiac.

Base: Doncole
type: Fire
Ability: Blaze
HT: 2'09'
pokedex entry: These pokemon tend to be very stubborn, only choosing to listen when it suits them. However if properly trained Doncole makes a loyal and keen pokemon.

Stage 1: Mulaze
Type: Fire/psychic
ability: Blaze
HT: 3'12"
Pokedex entry: Despite it's looks Mulaze is quite the intelligent pokemon. Mulaze will not listen to a trainer it deems incompetent. It can understand human speech.

Stage 2: Espule
Type: Fire/Psychic
ability: Blaze
HT: 5'02"
Pokedex entry: Espule is a strong and apt fighter. It will only listen to it's trainer and will simply ignore anything else. Because of Espule's stubborn nature few trainers choose to raise it this far.

Water starter

type: Water
Ability: torrent
HT: 2'11'
pokedex entry: Orquater has very sensitive eyes.The eye spots on top of it's head function,not only for defense, but light sensors as well.

Stage 1: Orcagator
Type: Water/fighting
ability: Torrent
HT: 4'12"
Pokedex entry: The skin on it's stomach is in the process of hardening. This pokemon unlike it's preevolution prefers to live alone.

Stage 2: Orcadile
Type:Water/fighting
ability: Torrent
HT: 6'02"
Pokedex entry: This pokemon rarely opens it's eyes. Instead it uses the photo-sensitive eye spots on it's head to get around. The skin on it's stomach has hardened for defense.

That is a really great job. But maybe you could try to improve on something. I don't know what that is though.

Thoughts on the fire stater? It represents the horse of the Chinese Zodiac.
 
I cannot find anything to critique. They are honestly really good. I wonder how you got so much detail into them. I love the fire starter. Maybe a little more red could be added to it to further show that it is a fire type? I love the glow that you put on the tail by the way.
 
Definitely great designs. I also tried doing a rabbit based grass starter but your design is definitely is way better . I extremely like the design of the them as well as all your other fakemon.

I love these designs! The only thing I find a little off is that Duncule's "mane", a.k.a the tannish hair surrounding its face, is a little awkward from a side view. I might recommend cutting the hair and make it similar to Mulaze. They could be Blitzle and Zebstrikas' cousins. ^.^

Love the starters, however I don't think that the fire starter looks like it would be a psychic or a fire type. When I first saw it I thought it was electric or electric/ normal. I'd suggest making the fire on the final stage look more fire like (I thought it was a lightning bolt at first) and maybe give some explanation on the psychic side of it. Also making the coloration less yellow and more orange or red (that was another reason why I thought electric)

Must just be you because no one else has the problem. They seem fire like to me

I LOVE them! Especially the bird one. It's amazing!!!

I think the fire starter looks electric too. Maybe you could make the tail a flame on all of them and maybe add flames by the ankles on the 2nd stage? Or smoke coming from the nostrils?

I can't wait to see more!!!

Are you sure these are Fakemon and not Mogas? XD

I love quilin and the sun bird Fakemon and the new wolf/fox-looing thing looks really neat. Great job! :D
