Well, idk if this is allowed, but the website TrollandToad sells A LOT of singles as well as Xs, and they are actually fairly cheap, w/ boxes ranging from 79-89, and Xs are also pretty cheap on there to. I once saw Luxray for 30, but that was a while ago. Still, the link is this:
