sitrus berry states that in between your turns, remove 3 damage counters

so if my pokemon got ohkoed my an opponent's attack, sitrus berry kicks in b4 being knocked out right?

if so then why isn't it ou?

Sitrus berry doesn't save your pokemon from being knocked out. If your pokemon are damaged then in between turns you remove 3 counters, but being knocked out isn't an "in between turns" action, it happens at the end of your turn, therefore Sitrus berry doesn't save you.

If I have a sitrus berry attached to my Pokemon, and my opponent use Burning-Liability combo, both Burning aura and Sitrus happens in the same time.

Which card will activate first? B-aura or Sitrus?

^ sitrus says "at any time between turns" so I guess that it could be applied before B-aura or after B-aura
I'm pretty sure that there's a ruling on what happens 1st in between turns in the rulebook, but I'm too lazy ATM to search for one -_-

It is the player´s decision to activate the sitrus berry before or after placing the damage of B-aura.

Q. A 40HP Pokémon has a Gold berry attached and 30 damage; it is also poisoned. Since the potential KO takes place between turns, will Gold Berry activate and save the 40HP Pokémon before the knock out check at the end of the between-turn actions?
A. With the recent new way to handle between-turn events (whereas the Pokémon is not removed from play until all between-turn actions are complete), yes the Gold Berry would save it. (Apr 28, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

Doesn't this mean Sitrus Berry would save their life, assuming that taking away 30 damage would result in surviving the hit (50 HP left, attacked for 70, Sitrus kicks in and leaves 10 HP left)?

Abhorsen:i thought being knocked out is at the end of between turns?
another question:if my cacture(CG) uses spike storm on a pokemon and it is knocked out, do i take a prize card immediately or between turns?

That question is asking whether Gold berry or poison would have first preference. However, when a Pokemon is KOed there isnt an inbetween turn effect because it is already knocked out. If Gold/Sitrus berry SAVED pokemon from death then it would be massively over played. Think of it like the GBA games, when a Pokemon holds a Sitrus berry and is OHKO'd, the Sitrus berry doesn't bring it back to life... That's how we have always played berries and no Professor here has ever questioned or ruled against how we do it. I guess I could ask to get it completely confirmed because it's not mentioned in the Compendium anywhere (apart from vaguely in that quote).

Immediately.

EDIT:

Ok, I got the question confirmed and I was right.

In this case, Sitrus Berry may be a between turns effect, but the KO is NOT!
KOs from attacks take place before the turn ends. Therefore, the Pokemon and all cards attached are discarded BEFORE we get to the between turn time when it could have helped.
I hope that explains the reason for it.
