• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Strategy: It's a basic beatdown. The idea is to swarm quickly. Kingdra helps Cinccino's "Do the Wave" KO more threats, while acting as a Donphan counter. The concept is very basic.

Take out two waters for two rescue energy. That way you can put them on cinccino. Then take out two judge for two bouffalant revenge. He's always a good killer when a cinccino is KO'd. Take out the other two judge and an exchanger for three ssu to help pick up the bouffalant after you use him. Try these out. Good luck
 
Well first i've never played this deck or tested it, but from general deck bulding I can tell to be more consistent A beefier Kingdra line is needed I would even go so far as to make it a 4-2/3-4 line but I think squeezing in a Zoroark line will win you Zekrom/Reshiram games also, I think this deck should go for speed with only a few decks being able to keep up in the HGSS-Format:
-1 Judge
-2/3 Cleffa
-1 Energy Exchanger
-1 Twins
+ 1 Rare Candy or Seadra
+2-0-1 Kingdra Prime ( 4-2-3 Kingdra line is for getting more basics to charge Cincinno's Do the Wave)
+2-2 Zoroark

You still need to take out 2 more cards but I can't think of them right now except maybe another Energy Exchanger (but I understand you need those DCE's)

I agree with adding Rescue Energy, maybe for a Flower Shop Lady and a Water for two of them.
Bouffalant is also a good idea but sacrificing consistency for a one use attacker just isn't what you want in the HGSS-on format and putting him in would mean adding switch and Scoop Up, two cards that are almost useless without Bouffalant.
