Slaking... or Salamence?

Both can use Memory Berry to use Rage/Fail damage for massive damage, but I'm wondering which one is the better combo to run. Slaking sweep for a constant 150 damage when it manages to setup, but Salamence's body makes it much faster, letting it Rage for nothing or combust for 2 energies; it is hindered by Dialga G LV.X though.

Slaking has the better combo with Dialga G Lv.X. Not every Pokemon that has a Rage/Flail attack is insanely good. Take a look at Gyarados MT, which is nothing more than a fun rogue, if that. Slakoth can also heal at the expense of not attacking. Bagon does not have this kind of recovery, although Blissey PT can help. On the other side, Bagon can do more damage with it's attack. Again, I'd say Slaking can dish out more damage plus heal, so I would choose Slaking.
