I've been testing this deck for a little while now and it's been doing pretty well so far, but I feel it needs some tweaks to make it better, so let me know what you guys think.

Pokemon: 10
Darkrai Promo x3
Yveltal SS x2
Darkrai Ex BP x2
Umbreon Ex FC x1
Shaymin Ex RS x2

Supporters:13
Sycamore x3
N x3
Ninja Boy x2
Hex Maniac x1
Lysandre x1
Pokemon Ranger x1
Team Flare Grunt x1
Giovanni's Scheme x1

Items:22
Fighting Fury Belt x4
Ultra Ball x4
Max Elixer x4
VS seeker x4
Switch x1
Escape rope x1
Super rod x1
Trainers mail x3

Stadium:4
Parallel City x2
Silent lab x2

Energy:11
Darkness x11

Strategy:
The goal of the deck is to use yveltal and max elixers to power up a Darkrai promo as fast as possible (usually turn 1 or turn 2) and then Abyssal Sleep them for 80 (90 while belted) using the extra coin flip to help keep them asleep for a much longer time. Then use the extended sleep time to start powering up either another Darkrai promo or Darkrai ex to do massive damage to Pokemon. I use 2 ninja boy because of all the megas coming into play for the surprise ninja boy into Umbreon for the 4 prize knockout. Parallel City and Silent lab are both very disruptive to many decks right now if played at the right moment and Giovanni's scheme is for the extra boost of damage when you need it. I think everything else is self explanatory but please let me know what you guys think of this. It works very well as long as the coin flips go in your favor.

This deck list is a really good start. I have only a couple of notes. You might want to increase your energy count by 1, as 12 is the magic number for Max Elixir. Also, I think Fright Night Yveltal is a good option, first for disabling spirit links and second for sniping EXs like Shaymin. To make these changes, I would remove Team Flare Grunt and Silent Lab.

Very similar to a deck I'm running and doing well with. I have Giratina EX though. My suggestion would be

+1 Giratina Ex
+4 Double Dragon energy

-1 Darkrai promo
-1 Ninja Boy
-1 Giovanni
-2 Silent Lab

But that's my 2 cents. Those double dragons really help blow up Darkrai EX's damage sometimes to ridiculous amounts.
