Slugma, Magcargo from ‘Lost Abyss’!

Slugma and Magcargo were revealed from the Japanese set Lost Abyss, which releases in Japan on July 15th. We should see most of the cards from this set become part of our Lost Origin set in September.

Slugma/Magcargo - neat card, but bland in the long run. 3/3

Bland card, so here's what I think is funny about Lost Zone/Exiled/Banished. They are all areas that were created because getting stuff out of the discard pile got powercreeped to hell in basically every game, and every game needed a "no, you REALLY are dead now" zone. Makes you think if a new TCG should start with a "not yet dead" pile with special mechanics to get cards out of there, and then fashion the discard pile to be like the lost zone.

I'm not a fan of it. I like what they did with the HGSS and SM block Lost Zone cards where they all had that dark aura / aura sphere thing in the artwork, this looks like they're decorating the cards with the old Heinz Purple Ketchup
