Help SM1+ coming to US?

I've been digging around and cant seem to figure out the Sun and Moon strengthening set... Is it coming to the US in English?

only about 20-30 of the 60 cards in the strengthening set are new, the rest are reprints from sun/moon, so most of those new cards should be combined with japans "islands waiting for you/moonlight of alola" into our guardians rising, the rest will be released as promos.
