Hello! So, the guy i like and i are doing a "blind trade" for each other. What i wanted to do was sketch a Smeargle with the moves attract, charm, sweet kiss, and return. Where could i find pokemon in Soul Silver that would allow me to easily sketch those moves? I have like 3 days to get it done. Also, this is a sweet gift of sorts for him, and if you have any suggestions for other cutesy moves, i would appreciate those as well. It isnt going to be good for battling, im aware, its just for the novelty. Thanks!

Pichu, Igglybuff, Togepi, and Cleffa get Charm and Sweet Kiss fairly early on in their level-up lists, and all learn Attract and Return by the easy-to-obtain TM's. Just a reminder, you'll need to enter a double battle 4 times, as well as some Heart Scales to get the needed moves on one Smeargle.

thanks so much :)
now, where can i find them to battle on soul silver? ive already beaten the game, so are there certain people i need to call on my pokegear to do it, or better yet, if i were to sketch these in a battle against a friend, would they stay on her? :)

Togepi is obtainable from the egg from Mr. Pokémon.
Pichu can be obtained by breeding a male and a female Pikachu in the day-care. As of for D/P, you can get Pichu in the Trophy Garden, which is south of Hearthome City. ~JS

Okiedokey. First you'll need a Pichu, Togepi, Igglybuff, or Cleffa with Charm, Sweet Kiss, Attract, and Return in the first slot in your party, with Smeargle in the second. Arrange a rematch with with Twins Kay and Tia or Young Couple Tim & Sue (you may have to change the date and time on the DS clock) and enter battle against them. Have your baby Pokémon use any move, then Smeargle use Sketch on the baby. This may take 2 tries, if Smeargle is faster. Once this is doe, defeat the trainers and Fly to Blackthorn. Use a Heart Scale (found on wild Luvdisc, Rock Smash in Vermilion, Sinnoh Underground, or bought at the Pokéathlon Dome) at the move relearner there to have Smeargle learn Sketch again, re-enter battle with the Twins or Young Couple to Sketch another move. Rinse and repeat until Smeargle knows all four of the desired moves.

Oh, and yes, you have to use Kay and Tia or Tim and Sue, unless there is some other in-game (not Battle Frontier) double battle that you haven't done yet.

okay first off, i know what pokemon learn the moves, i am not a newbie to pokemon, nor am i stupid. but thanks. and i actually found an easier way, since smeargle learns sketch every 10 levels. every ten levels, i took smeargle and the pokemon with the desired move to the grass patch in the ruins of alph, with the pokemon knowing the learned move first in my party. i would wait until i saw a wild smeargle, and use the move, which wild smeargle would then sketch, and then i would put my smeargle in and use sketch. took about an hour total. thanks!

I was just trying to explain everything so there weren't any questions. =P

Huh, I never thought that you could to that little trick. It definitely seems easier.
