1. does sand attacks/smokescreens effect gone when ever the pokemon retreats or evolve/devolve?

2. does shockwave or imprison markers gone when the pokemon evove/devolve?

1. Yes. Their efects are gone when the pokemon goes to the bench or evolves/devolves.
2. Yes. Evolvin/devolving removes Imprison/Shock Wave markers.
