Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, Abilities) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

Posts MUST be more than one sentence long with proper grammar and spelling or they will be deleted.

1. Low HP, a bad weakness but hp so low is probably doesn't matter, an ok resistance but at least it has one, and amazing free retreat.
2. First attack is pretty nothing special. Second attack is awesome. There is a reason the original got banned. you could hit for 240 damage (which you won't) but it works a similar strategy to ciccino and jumpluff
3. That new victini that lets you reflip. This thing could be a monster if paired with that and end up hitting really hard.
4. Donphan wrecks things thing for 1 energy and is hard for it to KO needing to hit 7 heads.
5. I am going to be pretty generous and say 3.5/5 assuming the victini is released stateside. This thing could hit really hard and just needs some sort of energy acceleration engine for dark pokes to really see play.

1. Hmm... Low HP, and a weakness to Donphan and Machamp. Having no retreat cost does help, and so does the resistance. Resistance isn't the best though.
2. First attack: Umm.... no. Not using it. Ever. End of story. Second attack: Ok, I guess. It looks like a good hit-and run killer, but having to flip coins doesn't help. You can get anywhere from 0 to 120 damage, so it isn't very reliable, and I prefer reliability.
3. I can't think of anything, really. Maybe Pichu from Arceus to get the basic Pokemon, or really anything that can find Pokemon.
4. Maybe something to give it more health or regenerate, like Serperior. Honestly though, there isn't really much to help it out there.
5. I don't like it. There is a reason it is so bad, and thats that its a common, and they don't put as much time into them. For a common, its pretty good.
6. Sorry Sneasel. 1.75/5. I really don't see how this card could be used, except in a Jumpluff-style deck. The only thing that makes this card a 1.75 is the fact that it would be a good hit-and-run tech, becuae of its free retreat and the fact that it only needs 2 energy.

1. the hp isnt bad when compared to other starters people use, cleffa has 30, but most basic have between 50-60 hp so the hp isnt really the best but its definitely not the worst. The weakness is a really bad one, i mean fighting pokemon do a ton of damage already, so I guess its kinda redundant since its getting OHKO'd most of the time anyway. The retreat is AMAZING. free, what else can i say?

2. fury swipes is unreliable, and shouldnt really be used, but it does have potential. first turn fury swipes can help a 2nd turn beat up to ko something, but alltogether not very good.

3. pokemon collector, dual ball, pichu hgss. any of these help beat up to do more damage.

4. you can run a weavile to try to get rid of donphan if they have it in their hand if you go first, very conditional but ive done it a few times. At battle roads I got rid of 2 gengar primes and couldnt have done it without sneasel and seeker. you could always play a strong psychic type to kill donphan and champ like drifblim, he does baloon tackle for 60 for psychic and colorless, but you could always just carry away a champ or donphan.

5.the art is better than the first print, the reverse holo version of this card looks amazing.

6. i rate sneasel a 2.5 out of 5. he seems like an old man in the tcg... "BACK IN MY DAY I USED TO KILL POGEYMANZ LEFT N RIGHT! we used to beat up anyone who opposed us. I was the leader of the north triad dark gang... I...I.. zZzZzzz"

Sneasel is an underrated starter for Tyranitar. With free retreat, and dark typing, it can do decent damage. In addition, you can tech in a weavile to evolve (which retains free retreat).
