RE: snipers gonna snipe (raikou ex/zebstrika/zapdos)

Perhaps take out one Raikou EX. Between two of those, four Zebras, and three Zapdos, two could be enough. Only testing will tell. And run the Blitzles from NV; they have a shot at invincibility. Being donked due to 60 HP Basics sucks, but this sort of makes up for it.

-1 raikou (2 is enough)
-0-0-1 elektross (not needed)
-2 PONT (2 is enough)
-2 sage's (2 is enough)
-1 et0violite (2 is enough)
-3 ultra ball (I think level ball should be enough. For discarding, juniper, sage's, and junk arm should be enough)
-1 super rod(1 is enough)
-1switch (2 should be enough)

+4 junk arm (discarding)
+1 level ball (stage 1s)
+2 juniper (discarding)
+1 dual ball (consistency)
+1 tornados EX (good counter against terra ion)
+1 tornados (good counter as well)
+2 zekrom (good attacker)

DCE is not needed at all. Nobody in your deck except Eelektross needs a DCE. Change 3 DCE to Lightning Energy.

I'd say replace for Rescue. Makes chaining Snipes (and Zebras) much easier and can help save your Eels from the discard if your opponent is catcher-happy. Or run 2 Terrakion and replace the DCE for fighting, so you can revenge KO and attach to Zeb/Raikou without having to discard

Zebstrika is a 90HP pokemon that gets destroyed by terrakion, but don't ditch it yet, just focus less on Zebstrika and more on Raikou.
(Don't run the Eelektross).

Raikou is a 170HP pokemon that gets destroyed by terrakion...and they get 2 prizes... evolite helps, but then again, one little thing terrakion decks like to use (plus power) can cancel it.

After a raikou attack, a terrakion will have 30HP left, after a terrakion attack raikou is KOed, if you attach evolite, you still have all this damage, you should run:

-1 Zebstrika, -1 Blitzle and the Eelektross.
+3 Max Potions.

Touché... Max potions and evolites are nice... problem is most terrakion decks run plus power... nullifying the evolite. Just keep an eye out.

I don't think max potions may help much, especially three. I'd rather run super scoop up because you remove all the damage counters plus you don't discard energy. I think about 1 is really enough, 2 the max.

Super scoop up > than max potion, but if the raikou uses his attack, then he has no energies, and with the SAB, he can retreat for free... So your choice Deck User, (I love the scoops, but its all about a flip instead of a sure benched fully healed Raikou... IF you have SAB and MAX potion.

I notice a lot of top players around where I play use super scoop ups, just as a tidbit.
