You probably should not run {D}, if you can only move {M} you will have to waste you're attachments on {D} instead of blends, which is a bad way of using your resources.

Pokemon
2- Kyurem (best spreader in the format)
3- Registeel (you run metal so you might as well use him)
2- Darkrai (free retreat your basics
3-1-3 Klinklang (3 retreat klinks and klangs to access them with heavy ball)
2- Groudon EX (helps Zekeels and Darkrai Matchup)
1- Kyogre EX (Just an EX to get cheap kills)

3-Professor Juniper (I only included 3 because you might end up discarding important energies)
4-Cheren (you are not gonna have a small hand size so Cheren is the way to go over Bianca)
4-Max Potion (To heal off Damage with Shift gear)
